A: 1.Formulation upgrade: Internally incorporated polymer-compatible anti-blocking additives together with low-dosage pellet surface coating treatment. 2.Packaging improvement: Adopt thickened high-barrier PE inner liner bags to block heat and moisture ingress. Ordinary thin inner films easily permit moisture penetration and cause tackiness at elevated temperatures. 3.Storage & logistics control: Restrict stacking height to maximum 6 layers; implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation; strictly control warehouse temperature during summer months.
A: Component A is silane-grafted EPDM elastomer, featuring a soft base matrix with relatively low softening point. When stored under high-temperature conditions, sustained stacking pressure and prolonged static storage, cold-welding adhesion forms between pellet contact surfaces. In addition, moisture absorption will further worsen pellet sticking and caking.
A: This is an A/B two-component system with a standard mixing ratio of 95:5. It uses EPDM elastomer as the base polymer and adopts moisture-triggered silane crosslinking technology. Rated continuous operating temperature is 105°C, designed for insulation of cables rated up to 3kV. It is commonly known in the industry as silane-crosslinked EPR elastomer cable compound, different from conventional silane crosslinked PE compound. Hardness can be customized from 65A to 90A. Proven grades are available for bulk supply.
