Plastic pellets can be processed from high-pressure polyethylene (PE). High-pressure polyethylene raw materials are mostly imported large bales from Italy, Japan, South Korea, Europe and America, and then pelletized domestically.
Plastic pellets are generally categorized as EVA, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 and color printing pellets.

Brief Introduction to Recycled PP (Polypropylene)

Uncolored PP appears translucent and waxy. It is lighter than PE, with better transparency and higher rigidity.
Typical applications: basins, buckets, furniture, films, woven sacks, strapping bands, bottle caps, automobile bumpers, etc.

Brief Introduction to Recycled PE (Polyethylene)

Uncolored PE is milky white and translucent with a waxy texture. It feels slippery to touch, flexible and slightly stretchable. Low-density PE is softer with good transparency, while high-density PE is harder.
Typical applications: agricultural mulch films, shopping bags, water pipes, oil drums.

Applications of Recycled Plastic Pellets

- **Daily necessities**: Recycled pellets are used for various plastic bags, buckets, basins, toys, furniture, stationery and other daily plastic products.
- **Garment industry**: Garments, ties, buttons, zippers.
- **Construction industry**: Building components, construction tools, plastic doors & windows, mortar buckets.
- **Agriculture**: Agricultural films, water suction pipes, farm equipment, fertilizer bags and cement packaging bags.
- **Machinery industry**: With customized formulation, recycled pellets can produce machine parts, such as bearings, gears, cams, sealing rings, blades and water pump impellers.
- **Chemical industry**: Reaction vessels, pipelines, storage tanks, pumps and valves for corrosion and wear-resistant chemical production environments.

Grade Classification of Recycled Plastic Pellets

Grades are determined by raw material sources and pellet performance, divided into Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3.
1. **Grade 1 Pellets**
Raw materials are non-falling offcuts, sprues and unqualified virgin scraps generated during new material processing. They have never been put into end-use service. Pellets made from these scraps feature good transparency, with quality comparable to virgin resin, also called super-grade pellets.
2. **Grade 2 Pellets**
Raw materials have been used once (except high-pressure pelletizing). High-pressure pelletizing mostly adopts imported industrial film bales which are not exposed to sunlight and weathering, so they maintain good quality and transparency. The final grade is judged by surface brightness and roughness.
3. **Grade 3 Pellets**
Raw materials have been reused two or more times. The finished pellets show poorer elasticity, toughness and overall mechanical performance.
