YHS-UL83-105

Product description

UL 83 compliant thermoplastic PVC insulation for THHN / THWN‑2 / THW building wires. It retains stable mechanical properties after thermal ageing, withstands -25°C cold bend and heat shock with controlled thermal deformation. It delivers consistent long-term insulation resistance under ambient and 90°C water immersion, low permittivity change in humid environments. It offers conductor corrosion resistance, durable ink marking and standard vertical flame retardancy; VW‑1 grade is optional.

This product can be processed on extruder with a diameter≥20. The extrusion processing performance is good.

It can be adjusted according to the state of plasticizing.

General processing instructions & Package, Transport and Storage

Customizable according to customer requirements · Packaging: aluminum foil bag · Storage: clean and dry warehouse, avoid sunshine and rain.

Package:

  • 25kg/bag, with PE bag inside and Kraft paper bag outside.

Transportation:

  • It should be protected from direct sunshine, rain and moisture during transportation.

Storage:

  • Keep in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
