YHSDG-105-A has excellent mechanical property,flame resistance,electrical properties and the good processability . Comply with EN50363-5 EI5,Rohs and Reach.

High-Speed Extrusion Capability: Extrusion line speed can reach ≥ 350 m/min, ensuring high production efficiency.
Excellent Insulation Resistance Stability: oAfter the finished cable is aged in water at 90°C for 2 hours, the insulation resistance remains at a minimum of 10 MΩ·km. oAfter continuous water immersion testing at 50°C for several weeks, the stabilized insulation resistance is not less than 5 MΩ·km.

Use Methods

1. Mixing: Mix the A and B Component evenly, drop them into the hopper. Please use EVA masterbatch if color required(it should be dry). The material must be use up within 2 hours after unpacking.(It can’t be dried.)Avoid to bring the external water in during the process.
2.Screw Type: Suggest to use equal distance& unequal depth,single flight screw. Compression Ratio: 1.5±0.2
3.Extrusion Temperature:
YHSDG-105-A: Zone1 110±10 Zone2 120±10 Zone3 140±10 Zone4 150±10 Neck 160±10 Head 160±10
Δ Control the melt temperature of Insulation at 170±10℃. The extrusion temperature needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation
4.Pay-off Speed: Without the effect of smoothness and performance, the faster,the better.
5.Cross-linking: :Natural Cross-link:Temperature 15-25℃,cross-link will finished around 7days.When temperature is higher than 25℃,cross-link will finished around 3days.Water bath or Steam:Control the temperature around 60-70℃,cross-link will finished about 4hours. (the thickness of the test piece is 1mm) Full performance test,water bath (steam) 65℃, more than 8 hours, ensure the material is fully cross-linked.

General processing instructions & Package, Transport and Storage

Customizable according to customer requirements · Packaging: aluminum foil bag · Storage: clean and dry warehouse, avoid sunshine and rain.

Package:

  • 25kg/bag, with PE bag inside and Kraft paper bag outside.

Transportation:

  • It should be protected from direct sunshine, rain and moisture during transportation.

Storage:

  • Keep in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse.
