Processing Guide
Recommended Processing Parameters
1
- The compound can be processed with conventional extruders. The L/D should be greater than or equal to 25; and the compression ratio from 3.5:1 to 5:1.
2
- Drying: must be dried at 100-120℃ for 2-3 hours before use.
3
- The following temperature(℃) profile of extruder is recommended:
- Pipe-Extrusion℃: Zone1 228 Zone2 240 Zone3 245 Zone4 240 Die 240 Head 240
- Extrusion Mold℃: Zone1 230 Zone2 250 Zone3 265 Zone4 265 Die 265 Head 260
⚠️ Note: The above temperature is recommended only, and the actual processing should be according to the type of machine and environment.
