Processing Guide

Recommended Processing Parameters

1

Meet below standards

  • National military standard GJB 773A-2000 Part 20-23
  • American military standard MIL-DTL-22759-2004 Part 32-46
  • Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Aerospace standard SAE AS 22759-2006 Part 32-46
2

Irradiated dosage

  • The normal irradiated dosage (recommended) of irradiation cross-linkable ethylene - tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (XETFE) insulating compound is 10 to 20 megarad.
3

Storage/Package

  • Packaging:Packed in fibre drum of 20kg net, lined with plastic bag.
  • Storage and transport: Avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering. The storage place should be in clean, cool, dry, and ventilated conditions.
4

Safety and health

  • This product will volatilize toxic gases during high temperature processing, so please pay attention to ventilation during the processing, and operators should wear protective articles such as masks.
