⚠️ Notes:(1)All values without marking “before irradiation” refer to specimens after irradiation cross-linking. Retain samples for each batch until the end of warranty period. The supplier shall guarantee that the formula of delivered product is consistent with the retained sample of qualified cable material confirmed by the buyer and the performance specified in this technical agreement.
(2)T =Type test; S = Sampling test; S.T = Sampling & Type test. Factory acceptance test shall be performed on samples before irradiation. This agreement is drafted with reference to EM104 in EN 50264-2008 and S2 in EN 50306-1, applicable for sheath layer of rolling-stock cables complying with EN 50306-4. Test items listed under reference standard EN 50264:2008 are for reference only and shall not be taken as material acceptance criteria. In case of dispute, both parties shall jointly take samples from unopened original packaging supplied by the supplier as designated by the buyer, seal the samples and send them to Shanghai National Wire & Cable Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for arbitration testing.
(3)Infrared spectrum is for reference only and not used for material evaluation.
