Extrusion Process
① Mixing: Mix the A and B Component evenly, drop them into the hopper. Please use PE masterbatch if color required(it should be dried). The material must be use up within 8 hours after unpacking.(It can’t be dried.)Avoid to bring the external water in during the process. ②Screw Type: Single flight Screw

③ Pay-off Speed: Without the effect of smoothness and performance, the faster,the better.
④ Cross-link:The speed of cross-link depends on the thickness of the insulation, humidity and environmental temperature. The thickness of the test piece is 1mm.Water bath (steam) temperature is controlled at 90℃, cross-link will be finished within 4 hours. Natural cross-link, ≥25℃,Curing finished in one week.
⑤ Extrusion Temperature: Control the melt temperature at 200±10℃.The extrusion temperature needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Packaging and storage
- ①Package：Packed by aluminium foil bag.
- ②Storage：Should be stacked in a clean and dry warehouse.
- ③Valid Period：12 months.
